HerbMentor is a sister site to Learning Herbs. You pay to enter but at about $10 per month it is so worth it. So many other resources are here as well. I just love HerbMentor! (shh...don't tell... I actually fantasize about being a featured herbalist on the site, and having an online course through HerbMentor.) Here are just a few of the herbalists I look up to and respect, in no particular order. While most people 'fangirl' over Beyonce', or Tom Selleck, but for me, I find my self getting butterflies when I watch, read or listen to an herbalist who really knows what they are talking about. (Don't get me wrong, I am sure the butterflies would be activated if Ryan Gosling or Rhett McLaughlin entered the room. LOL.) ![]() Rosemary Gladstar of Sage Mountain Kiva Rose of Bear Medicine Herbals/ Kiva's Enchantments ![]() April Graham @she_is_of_the_woods on Instagram of Wild Wood Apothecary ![]() Rosealee de la Floret of Methow Valley Herbs/Herbal Remedies Advice Juliet Blankespoor of Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine ![]() Asia Suler of One Willow Apothecaries Susun Weed (Due to recent circumstances I find it necessary to urge you to use caution should you wish to pursue an apprenticeship with Susun. Just search Susun Weed + Abuse or Police Report and you will find the information. Her knowledge is still valid, I just recommend learning from her books (You can buy them used on amazon and she will not get a dime, this is a way to get the wisdom without showing support.) and YouTube Videos. I cannot recommend her Tuesday calls because too many times have I heard her verbally & emotionally attack someone.) I am sure there are many more herbalists whom I have yet to meet or experience their teachings. I will add them as I do.
